Physically demanding, mentally engaging and a fun challenge, boxing classes can be used for FITNESS or sport. Our boxing classes are designed for MEN and WOMEN of all ages and fitness levels!
HALL ONE: MIXED / BEGINNERS CLASS: Tuesday – Thursday: 7pm – 8pm
HALL TWO: MIXED ADVANCE BOXING DRILLS / CIRCUITS: Tuesday -Thursday: 7pm – 8pm
HALL ONE: WOMEN ONLY BOXING CLASS: Tuesday – Thursday 8pm – 9pm
£10 per session or £90 for a block of 10 sessions.
Gloves provided , normal gym wear
No need to book, just rock up
