Physically demanding, mentally engaging and a fun challenge, boxing classes can be used for FITNESS or sport. Our boxing classes are designed for MEN and WOMEN of all ages and fitness levels!
Tuesday: 7pm – 8pm, Thursday: 7pm – 8pm £10 per session or £90 for a block of 10 sessions.
Gloves provided , normal gym wear
